The worst place I ever booked ! First of all I have request for check in later than usual check in and host neglected my request, she didn't response even I have wrote weeks before my arrival , she write me on WhatsApp the day that I arrived in Verona just to say I need to pay 15 euro for late check and didn't send me any instruction how to do check in , I wrote to her several time and she told me she will send me when i will be in Verona so totally unresponsible( I was with 2 kids) . After I have sent several message without response from her she finally send me instruction for key of my room ( was the first time for me that a host didn't send me instruction for check in and the key) . I have wrote second day to ask for slippers and she didn't response too for hours ! Totally disappointed !!

La pulizia dell’appartamento

Il palazzo assomiglia a uno stabile decadente di Palermo. Orribile.

Es un piso compartido. A las 9 de la mañana ya estaba una persona en el piso. Intimidad cero.

Era abbastanza pulito

In un complesso tipo case popolari trovi al secondo piano, senza ascensore, (c’era ma non potevamo usarlo) Ci siamo ritrovati in un vero e proprio appartamento con più camere da letto, dovevamo avere un bagno esclusivo ma nulla, abbiamo trovato al mattino gente nel nostro bagno, cosa orribile, abbiamo subito abbandonato la struttura! Soggiorno da dimenticare

My stay at this property was extremely frustrating. When I made the reservation, I sent a message informing that I would arrive at noon. The host never replied. When I arrived, there was no one to welcome us. I called, but he didn’t answer — he only sent text messages explaining how to access the building and the apartment. Total disregard. Since all the rooms were unoccupied, we entered the only one that had an en-suite bathroom, assuming it was ours — after all, we had booked a private bathroom. Only after we were already settled did we receive a message stating that our room was actually a different one, which created even more confusion. The worst moment came around 10 PM, when another couple arrived demanding the room. The host, once again, did not show up. He sent a cleaning couple to force us to change rooms in the middle of the night and even charged us a €17 cleaning fee. To make matters worse, at that exact moment, my husband — who is a police officer — was in the middle of an online court hearing for his job back in our home country. I asked them to wait until the hearing was over, but they completely ignored my request. This was a disorganized, disrespectful, and humiliating experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The property itself is acceptable.

Misleading info about location. Difficult to access. We only had 24 hrs in Verona and wanted to be in walkable area. This is not. We did not stay here and asked for a partial refund but our calls went unanswered

poor information, no shared kitchen facilities as described when booking, no advance warning about it, it caused us serious inconvenience in the evening walking around all over to find a decent restaurant, the host said I can leave the room if I don't like it, which is blunt and unacceptable, no coffee making facilities in the room, the lift did not work, it was a struggle carrying 20kg suitcase upstairs, if you have a family with young children and luggage can be a serious problem
