Spectacular apartment with modern new design. Ideal location

Beautiful accomodation! Loved the little private terrace and central location.

Just be mindful that the ensuites have glass floor to ceiling windows that face into the bedroom.

Nice stylish decor and good location

The property is nice however some issues with plumbing. One of the toilets smelled of sewer, the other didn’t flush properly. One of the showers also didn’t drain quick enough and overflowed onto the bathroom floor.

We stayed in Noto for 2 nights at the Alma Suite managed by House&Villas Real Estate. Amazing location just a few steps from the town centre. Superbly designed interior decor with two stunning bedrooms and bathrooms. On the first day of our stay, we noticed a bunch of larvae insects lurking above the sheets and pillows in one of the beds. There was a tiny hole in the wall above the head of the bed where some insects must have deposited some eggs that fell straight onto it. We had to report the issue as it was impossible to sleep in it in that condition. The manager showed up after a while with allegedly the ‘best’ cleaners in town while we headed out for dinner. Pretty much they changed the sheets and swiped the hole as the manager didn’t even bother letting us know what and how they fixed the problem. Bad luck happens btw, we’re on holiday after all, so we managed to sleep in it and overcome the initial discomfort. After spending the second day out and about, we came back to the apartment and discovered there were more eggs in the same hole that had grown and multiplied with more stuff coming out of it. How annoying to have to deal with this issue again… Wife rightly pissed off because of the botched job, so we asked for the manager to intervene a second time to fix the problem at the source. And off we went to another dinner with the hope to get the bloody thing sorted once for all. Unfortunately for us, when we arrived back at the apartment late that evening, the code lock to enter the premises failed to work!!! After a number of useless attempts, we had to ask for help again… :( we’ve been told this was not the first time something like this had happened in this apartment and we had to wait for someone to bring a set of keys to override the system to unlock the gate to let us in. We had to wait almost an hour on the side of the street in the middle of the night at 33°C without any water. Explain that to my thirsty and tired five years old daughter. Even the neighbours passing by felt pity for us. Not the agent though! Zero empathy whatsoever, reluctantly answering our calls and text messages, she was clearly annoyed by our request of urgent help. At least while we were out for dinner, somebody came and plaster the hole in the wall putting an end to the insect fest. Even the day after when we asked for any kind of compensation for all the troubles we had to endure during our stay, all she did was to cover her ass, taking no responsibility for anything that happened. Eventually she ended up ghosting us. Such a shame to have such a beautiful place, so poorly managed. What’s the point in paying such a premium in advance to receive this kind of disservice? If you’re considering booking this accommodation, please ask for a key to enter the front gate, don’t trust the code lock!!! Or the agent coming to your needs. If it wasn’t for the running boy Salvatore to come to our rescue, we would still be waiting on the side of the road this day.

Beautifully decorated apartment, with a lovely outdoor seating space. Great location for exploring Noto and the surrounding area.

It’s our third time that we stay in Alma Suit.Marco the owner is a very gentle and helpful.the suits are very comfortable in the best location of Napoli.reasonable price,nice building.the best place to stay in Napoli!!!!
