Emplacement sur les hauteurs de cardenabia pas de vue sur le lac mais un accueil irréprochable et une gentillesse de l'hôte. La chambre est très confortable et vraiment très propre. Un petit déjeuner est possible à partir de 9h mais nous n'avons pas utilisé ce service. Merci pour tout.

The location was a perfect base for exploring the rest of lake Como - 10 minute walk to the ferry and the bus stop was awesome. The hosts were exceptionally helpful, and always responded when asked a question.

The room would definitely benefit from an air conditioner. We had a fan, and were told to keep all the shutters closed during the day which did keep the room moderately cool, but an AC would definitely help with the July heat

If you don’t like crowds of tourists and prefer quiet, peaceful places, you’ll enjoy it here. The room is spacious and very clean. There’s a beautiful, well-kept garden with flowers and fruit trees. The hostess is very kind, caring, and welcoming. Nearby, there’s an excellent pizzeria that’s popular with the locals. Be sure to take a walk through the center of Cadenabbia — I mean the upper part, with its narrow streets and unique atmosphere. A little local tradition: you’ll wake up every morning at 7:30 to the sound of the church bells — it’s like a built-in wake-up call. Breakfast is available for an extra charge, but we were happy with just coffee. One thing to note is that there’s no air conditioning in the room, but there is a fan, and it was enough even on the hottest day (over 33°C). The villa is located on a hill. You can walk up and down, but it might be a bit difficult for elderly people.

No air conditioning (and this is indicated in the description - air conditioning is not listed in the facilities), but there is a fan that helps a lot :-)
