The view! What an amazing place. Great room, close to everything, although prepare for lots of hills and stairs in Matera. The accommodation overlooks the sassi and canyon. Easy for a taxi to drop us off as well.

TORRETTA AI SASSI IS A TRUE GEM IN MATERA. THE ROOM WAS IMPECCABLY CLEAN, THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT AND THE HOST WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. THE VIEWS ARE TO DIE FOR !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING.

Tai buvo tobulas pasirinkimas! Pirmas pamatytas Materos vaizdas iš Torretta ai Sassi terasos atėmė kvapą. Saulėtekiai, saulėlydžiai - iš čia buvo galima pamatyti tokią Materą, kurios neužmirši visą gyvenimą. Ši trumpa viešnagė buvo viena iš nuostabiausių per ilgą mūsų keliavimo laiką. Ačiū Valentinai už nuoširdžią globą, naudingą informaciją. Jautėmės tarsi viešėtume pas mielus ir artimus žmones. Nedvejokite: apsistoti Torretta ai Sassi – tai galimybė pajusti šį nuostabų miestą širdimi.

마테라를 한눈에 담고 싶다면 이 숙소를 꼭 예약 하세요. 아침에 일출, 저녁 일몰, 조명이 하나 둘 켜지는 시간에 숙소에서 즐기는 아페리티보 까지 하루종일 완벽한 뷰 였습니다. 숙소는 단정하고 깔끔하며 필요한것은 모두 다 있었어요. 주차도 가까운 거리에 안전한 주차장이 있었고, 호스트도 아주 친절했습니다. 추천해준 레스토랑도 너무좋았고 예약까지 해주셔서 불편함없이 지냈어요.

VIEW - The view from the terrace is second to none. To the left, views of the Sassi will take your breath away at every time of day. To the right, the Belvedere and Murgia Materana Park. It was so great, we just wanted to stay on our terrace and take pictures, but we had to pull away because the town is incredible, and the location is perfect. LOCATION - These guest rooms are located just between the old and new sections of the city, so a short walk in either direction met all our needs. We arrived by car, so parking in the new city was easy and only a short walk to the hotel. Then we had no need for a car to walk everywhere else for meals, museums, strolling, shopping, etc. There is so much to choose from. Thankfully Valentina was an amazing host, and she took such time and care to help us prioritize given the time we had. SERVICE - We stayed at Torretta ai Sassi at the end of a five week road trip of Italy. We stayed at many hotels, but I can say that the service experience here was far above all of them. Big things and small things have been considered. For just one example, while we were out to dinner a rain storm passed through then it cleared up. As we got back to our room, Valentina was drying off the table and changing the seat cushions on our terrace in case we wanted to enjoy a nightcap when we returned. It's those things that tell you when someone really cares about your experience. CONVENIENCE - Guestrooms are direct access, so come and go as you need. In the room, there were excellent beverage options in the mini-bar at very reasonable prices. We loved the unique Breakfast option, which we did... it is box-style (light snacks, spreads, juice boxes, etc., served at the room). Perfect for something light in the morning before heading into town. The toiletries provided were very nice in case anything was needed.
