La poca chiarezza di informazione da parte del personale, non comunicando di persona che all'interno dell'appartamento ci fossero altre persone che alloggiavano sullo stesso piano quindi condividendo lo stesso bagno . Almeno nell'accogliere i clienti , almeno essere chiari e illustrare il tutto .
