I loved the view! Francesca was so wonderful. The communication was excellent. The video from the train to the door was perfect and we easily found our room. Little things like a wireless charging station for our phones, the cell phone they have for you to use, for recommendations and information about the area. A smart TV is so important to us to relax at the evenings end. It was great. It was a wonderful experience

Loved everything! Small recommendations- a high table and chairs to sit and stare out the window at the view!!!

The view from the balcony was magnificent. It was a hike to get to the room but definitely worth the climb. Manarola was an ideal location: close to trails and train station.

We loved the view, the amenities, the phone availability and the cleanliness of the room.

The shampoo, shower gel and conditioner could’ve been in a refillable bottle so it’s more sustainable and can hold more volume.
