Appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore, non adatto a disabili e poco pratico con i bambini. Di notte è impensabile dormire con le finestre aperte a causa del passaggio dei treni (c’è però l’aria condizionata). Bagno: asciugamani bucate e doccia non sigillata(fuoriesce acqua). Impossibilità di parcheggio nei pressi della casa, sia per il traffico sia per i parcheggi riservati ai residenti.

The place was cozy and the communication with the owner was great. It has a nice location about 50 meters from the nearest beach, and 100m from the bus station to Catania and Taormina (San Giovanni bus station)

The bed mattres was to hard for my likings but it may be personal. The water pressure at the shower was weak. Being near the railroad, for some it may be a little loud, but for me, the italian trains are quiet compared to the one in eastern europe

A cozy and clean apartment with a separate bedroom which is situated really close to the beach and the quay. It's really a good choice for your vacation.The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a cupboard with some dishes ( plates, cups, glasses, a gaser coffeemaker, although, didn't use) and cutlery, a fridge, a microwave and a table to have your meal at. It would be really perfect to have a washing machine there but if you aren't staying for long, there's enough of everything) I was provided with an iron when needed - thank you) There can sometimes pass a train right near the house but it's not often and I didn't spend much time in the apartment, so it didn't really bother me.

Location of Apartmant was really good , you can reach everything easily. Bus stop is just few meters, supermarket is about 10 minutes away from the apartment. Restaurants and bars are just around corner same as sea. Communication with Sofia was super easy , we arrived really late and they waited for us , We appreciate this. Apartment was super clean with towels.

the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom was unbearable. It was very hot in the room and it was impossible to stay there. The air conditioning in the kitchen is insufficient. The heat in the room was really unbearable and many times I felt sick from the heat in room.

I didn't like the fact that apartment is on the top floor I missed that part in accomodation description or it wasn't there.. Anyway I stayed there with my partner and she have temporarily walking problem she strangle to go all way up on the stairs... Oh and another small detail is that the shower leeks. After we had a shower water was everywhere in the bathroom. That need to be sorted. Otherwise all was Great. Highly recommended 😁👍🏻😎

It's has a cheap price.

Towels are not included and just literally the basic facilities, everything you have to buy. Would only recommend for a day or two. A room with 3 bedrooms include a double bed and a sofa bed.
