The location and room was beautiful. The rooftop has an amazing view. Parking is included which is great. The bed is comfortable and bathroom very new.

It would have been great to have some plates and cutlery and/or at least some glasses in the room. The host was very responsive but not super friendly in my opinion, but that might be a question of language.

Good affordable bed and breakfast in the picturesque small village of Baunei. Strategic place only few minutes drive from Santa Maria Navarrese port where you can rent a private boat to Cala Luna, Cala Goloritzè, etc. The room was nice, with air conditioner, coffee machine and tv. There is also a small terrace on the top of the property to hangout.

It was a bit difficult to find the place and I had to contact the owner. Parking was a bit difficult as it was an inclined road heavily parked and difficult to manoeuvre.

Nicely decorated room with necessary aminities, coffee machine and kettle and free water. Great location with access to lot of nice places in area.

The accommodation was very charming and welcoming feeling inside, everything was chosen with a lot of style. There is everything that you can need in the room, even mineral water, coffee and tea. The opened terrace and the furniture outside were very comfy and the view from the top was really beautiful - perfect for a breakfast or dinner outside. It was exceptionally clean and tidy. The landlord was very kind and easygoing, she also recommended us a perfect place to eat in town.

Federica is a fantastic and very helpful host. Her rooms are very comfortable, furnished with style and thought. Air-conditioning, fridge, coffeemaker, small balcony, doors and windows with mosquito nets. There is a parking place reserved for you next to the house. And then there is the terrace on the roof, where you can have a dinner, breakfast.. with a beautiful view of the mountains, sea and the town. Definitely recommend it.

everything was excellent

The design of the room was really cool and neat at the same time - love the climbing oriented style, especially the lights and the key holder! Very clean as well. It was in a good location, quiet but central at the same time. Nice terrace as well. The host was really welcoming and easy to contact.
