everything is new and well organized!

a little far from the center but there is a bus right outside! but if you want to go to night life, you can get back by taxi or walking (30 minutes).

Bus stop at doorstep, 8mins to Siena old town, or 25mins on foot. Spacious shared kitchen has all the essentials. Friendly staff helped with purchasing multiple bus tickets on our arrival. Quick response with info when asked.

Bathroom has no hock nor handrail. Only a heat rack, giving very little space for hanging 6 towels (for couples). No laundry line nor rack for drying clothes or towels. No bedside tables nor a small desk to go with 2 small wooden chairs which were provided. A wooden board (14x40cm) on each side of bed only big enough to put a phone or a bottle. Mattress too soft when one makes a turn the whole bed shakes like a boat. In evenings when full house, WiFi drops out as our room is upstairs, a bit far from the modem in the kitchen. Other guests have no such problem. We spent most of evenings in the kitchen for a stable WiFi connection to book bus train tickets and searching tourist info for next day's activities. We were creative enough to utilise the bottom of the wardrobe as "table" for small grocery, use the stick for hangers as clothes drying facility (drain out the water with towels first!) Everything else we had to leave them on the floor. It's not convenient and not comfortable for a 7 nights stay.

Very helpful owner, large room and kitchen aneks. 30 min in walking distance from the Center of Siena, but there is a bus station in front of the property.

I miss only a table in the room, even small.

Very clean , nice bathroom and kitchen

far away , from the train station. The bus has to stop at at least 25 bus stops to get there. It takes 9 stops from the hotel to Siena city. From siena city back to the hotel, the bus stops at more than 20 stops. There are no buses after 8pm.maybe for people with car it is good place .

Laura and her husband were absolutely fantastic! Very helpful and patient. The communication was fast and getting into the room was very easy. The place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was big and very well equipped. There was delicious coffee and even herbal tea available - which was a fantastic surprise :) I truly enjoyed every minute of my stay!

Only the tranportation with taxi to the train station was didficult and getting to know the buses was a bit of a challange in the begining Later it was ok

Such a great place !! I highly recommand it!
