"Excellent but the check-in procedure"

The location , the rooms the bed were excellent

To talk on whatsapp with AI assistant, not getting cleaning and toilet paper, to give all the personal information for check-in. Anyway the check-in procedure was terrible, annoying, no flexibility with the check-out either.
