CASABONA1910 bed&breakfast

Wonderful property in fantastic location. Rooms were gorgeous and large. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Nothing - we'll be back again!

We were hiking the Via Francigena. This property was handy to the trail. My journal (posting this five weeks after our stay) said: "Our room is great. Very spacious but 4 flights up." I apparently had no complaints (trust me, I'd have written about them if there were any! :-D) The price was very reasonable and included breakfast.

Wir fanden es ganz prima für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Das Selbstbedienungsfrühstück war auch gut , der Kaffee lecker, und es gab Milch, Saft, Obst , etwas Schinken, Müsli. Check-in zuverlässig.

Diese unsäglichen Leuchtdioden , um den Ausgang ( Zimmertür) zu markieren, sind wohl Vorschrift (?) in Italien, aber einfach viel zu hell in der Nacht !

La localisation est très tranquille et centrale. L'histoire du bâtiment est originale et bien mise en valeur. Vercelli est une ville agréable.

The breakfast, which was prepared for me early on my request, was very simple -- it was all I asked for. The b&b seems newly done up, and was very fresh-feeling. The location is central. No problems with internet. Marina was very willing to deal with my requests. I had asked her to find me a taxi to take me, with my cumbersome luggage, to the train station. When that proved impossible -- the few taxis in Vercelli were very busy -- the proprietaria, without being asked, said she would take me to the train (and we had a warm conversation on the way).
