Murano is a quiet sanctuary in the busy Venetian Lagoon. Casa Sulla Laguna is nicely placed, easy to reach via ACTV Vaporetto. Beautiful breezes, wonderful staff; Ben, Pino and Roberta are very proactive, personable people.

Nothing we did not like; if we ever return to Venice, we will us Casa Sulla Laguna again.

La casa è graziosa e anche la stanza con il terrazzino sul mare dove ho soggiornato. La camera era pulita. Il letto forse non era troppo comodo, per come sono abituata io a dormire, un po troppo molle.

Purtroppo ho fatto la doccia fredda per 2 giorni , l'ho fatto presente al personale, mi hanno detto che la caldaia era andata in blocco.n

"Perfect peaceful apartment overlooking the water!!"

The man (I'm afraid we didn't get his name) on reception was a delight. Very kind and thoughtful and he helped us get settled in, called to make a reservation to a locals restaurant for us and just generally was great! The room was comfy and clean and everything we needed. The BALCONY! We loved it!! Sitting out there with a morning cup of tea in the peace and quiet overlooking the water was honestly so wonderful. So much so that we opted to potter into Murano to find a few bits for lunch (focaccia, salad, cheese, charcuterie, olive oil, wine, strawberries etc.) and we sat on the balcony enjoying our lunch there with a cold glass of wine. Perfecto!!

The only issue we had was on the morning we left there was no hot water in the shower but we did have to get up at 6:30 so it's possible it was just before the water heater came on. Not a big deal to us. We will 100% be returning to this beautiful apartment.
