Alessio è veramente molto ospitale, gentile e disponibile. Ci tiene a far sentire a casa i loro ospiti dall’accoglienza al momento del saluto. È presente con i vari consigli ma non invadente. Tutto nella stanza è curato nei minimi dettagli per rendere la permanenza il più piacevole possibile.

Alessio was a very friendly and helpful host, and breakfast every morning was lovely. He makes your coffee to order! I think I had the best room there with a large sunny balcony and updated bathroom. Gotta love a good towel warmer! The location was central to both the beach and Gaeta’s waterfront promenade.

I’d be hard pressed to say something negative!

A lesson was a fantastic host. Could not have asked for a better bed and breakfast. Easy walk to the waterfront. I could smell the smoke from the wood fired pizza oven as I walk past the pizzeria down the street. Lots of parking in front of the grocery store and there are stairs you can take up to the B&B. I’d easily go back just to have more time to walk around the old town. Btw, it was spring and there weren’t many tourists but the city was still vibrant.
