Da Leo

Located in a nice little town, a quiet place with a beautiful view from the window. The bed is very comfortable. The host, Leo, was very attentive and gave us lots of recommendations. There was free parking. Remember there is no breakfast; in the morning, you could get coffee and a cornetto in the only bar in town. Also, there was a supermarket nearby.

There were too many informational booklets and other documents on the wall; it was a little hard to feel at home in such surroundings. The bathroom was a little cold.

The location of this property is amazing...perched on top of a Tuscan hill... when driving into this small historic town, you pass through beautiful narrow arches and drive through cobbled stone streets. The view from the room is also magnificent. Great location to drive to neighboring towns and vineyards. There are clear printed instructions to use the room facilities and local maps in the room. There was a cappuccino machine and lots of pods. It made for a great start to the day and saved us time from searching for a coffee shop.

The room is a tad small for a longer stay... but for our one day stay, it was fine. The apartment is clean... only the shower floor seemed dirty.... I'm not sure if it's just the type of old tiles covering it or it's not fully cleaned.

The property is situated in a very cute little town! Love the view from the window. Our stay was great and will definitely come back!

Everything. The owner was really friendly and helpful. He gaved us informations about places to visit and things to do. The room was clean and nice. If you want to relax totally recommended.

What a wonderful accommodation in the small, quiet town of Montefollonico. Leonardo is a really kind, helpful, communicative host and the room was incredibly comfortable and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here and going to the panoramic view at sunset - spectacular.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful accommodation in the historical center with a cracking view and nice little garden we could use.
