Easy to access, quiet, clean, and amazing water pressure. The host was very quick to respond. Location was amazing, very close walking distance (5-10 min) to arena di Verona, Juliette’s balcony, and lots of great shopping and dining spots.

Perfect to explore Verona city - you are located in the middle of the old city centre and still have a calm and very comfortable place to stay. The offered airport transportation via Max the owner makes a fast start of your holiday easy.

Location, location. It is just outside the restricted ZTL traffic zone. So you are able to drive straight up to the door to unload your luggage, then on to the room which is on the ground floor and only a few steps away. Easy peasy. The room is comfortably appointed and the bed is also very comfortable all within a well renovated historic 15th century building. The area is quiet and free of traffic/pedestrian noise, ensuring a good nights sleep. Historic centre is only a few steps away and popular sites such as the Roman Arena or Juliet’s House are only a 10-15min level walk away. Max the host was very promptly responsive to all our enquiries and very understanding when we had to change our arrival time. Max personally welcomed us, checked us in promptly/seamlessly and helped us into the room. He explained Verona very well and gave us a great guide to local tourist attractions as well as cafes/bars/restaurants local to the room. He personally escorted us to the car-space which was only a short walk away. Max thank you from Nina and I for all your kind assistance, you made our stay warm and wonderful and super convenient.

Location and host were fine

Actually stayed away on the 2nd night as the apartment upstairs woke us at 6.45am and did the same on the last night but we had to get up early so didn’t matter that they were up at 6.45am again

Location was good walking distance to most of the things I wanted to see in Verona (St Zeno, the amphitheatre, etc), the room was lovely and the host very accomodating to me leaving my bags.

The room was cold, and there wasn't a way to change the thermostat. (February)

Simple but large and comfortable rooms. The decoration is basic but very pretty furniture, a unique style and different from any chain hotel. The room is on a quiet street very close to central Verona, about five minutes walk to the arena. Bathroom is modern and works well.

For check-in you have to arrange the time with the owner, who also preferred to have payment in cash.
