“Un soggiorno perfetto!” Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La camera era pulita, confortevole e silenziosa, perfetta per rilassarsi. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per visitare i dintorni. Torneremo sicuramente!

The location is very convenient, close to the center of the upper Ragusa. The apartment is clean and comfortable

The person managing the apartment charged us 6 euros that were not included in the description of the apartment at all, but as being genius with booking you get some discount and she was not agreeing with that, she decided to charge aside. We call her when we arrive to discuss it as it is not fair, but she said that either we pay it or we look for something else and she would cancel the reservation, although we decided to stay to avoid problems recovering the money and look for something else. What I want to point out is not the 6 euro but the fact that as she does not agree with the terms of booking (that she has signed even though she might not be aware) she does this, which is not fair to the client as you just see the legal fee in booking

convenient location and peaceful place that has big room and very clean. nice host and overall we quite enjoy the 2 night staying. good choice for short staying in Ragusa.

Great location a few minutes on foot from the train station (a few more from the bus station), restaurants, supermarkets and touristic points of interest - all in a very quiet little street. Spacious room, comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom with good shower, everything clean. Only some kitchen utensils, nothing for cooking except for an electric kettle, but there is a mini fridge. Also air conditioning and heating. Friendly host and excellent communication, even got some sightseeing tips. easy self check-in via key box. Also great price.

- the host told me that I am not able to write password to the Internet correctly 😅 - the host turned to be the local politician who suddenly raised the local tax by 33% 😂 - the host tried to charge me with the cleaning fee 😡

Great location to explore Ragusa, very quiet, with lot of space in the apartment.
