The location is excellent - every main city sight is in the walking distance. At the same time, the place is very quite - nobody diturbed us over the entire stay. The owner, Alessandro, is extremely caring and professional. He gave us very usefull restaurant recommendations. A big terrace on the roof was a very pleasant surprise. Air conditioning was very good with both heating and cooling options. Thank you! I highly recommend this apartment.

I didnt realize until arrival that we are sharing the living room and the kitchen with other people (my mistake - it was indeed mentioned somewhere), but that is a very minor thing, because each bedroom is very well separated with good sound isolation, and each bedroom, of course, has its own bathroom. So you basically get a hotel room, but on top there is also a shared kitchen + living room. I realized during the trip that its very convenient.

I really liked the location of the property. Owner gave me some great suggestions for restaurants and places to see while in the city. Loved having a balcony and access to a washing machine. Room was a good size and the water pressure was great!

Having a shared kitchen was ok. Only problem was when the cleaning staff came in they left a dirty kitchen sink with hair and dirt from cleaning the other room.

Fantastic location - in the heart of the old town, near to the marina and very close to the bus stop from the airport (Via Roma).

The location was great, easy to find. The overall communication and check-in was smooth. The room was clean and nice smelling.

You need to be careful in the bathroom which has an uncomfortable step right in front of the toilet. It has a little problem with ventilation which makes it quite humid.

Alessandro was very helpful with directions from the airport, check in, recommendations for restaurants and setling in. The room was very comfortable, clean and we had even a balcony, and were able to do our laundry and dry it on the balcony. The kitchen and the communal room had everything you need for having meals in (fridge, dishes, pots, cooking area). The bonus was the terrace on the roof, with different seating areas and views of the city, including Teatro Massimo. The place is close to Teatro Massimo, the port and about 10 minute walk to Palermo Cathedral and Royal Palace. Shop and market nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, right in the centre of Palermo just opposite Rinascente.Clean renovated and quiet room and bathroom with all the necessary staff. Helpful and sociable owner. It's in an old building in a very narrow street When you climb the stairs of the building you might feel a bit frightened (too old) but don't worry. The room is fine. Value for money.

The rest of the building needs some renovations. There's no elevator but we didn't mind.
