Great room, great facilities. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful host who knows the city very well and is happy to share the best places to visit. He's also very quick to response if you have any questions. Great location, short walk from a city centre. In addition, there is a pizza restaurant in the same building, serving the best pizza we had during our time in Italy.

There is literally nothing to complain about. It exceeded our expectations by far.
