Host was really nice but room was basic but you get what you pay for

About 20 mins walk to centre . Could hear everything through the walls - next door banging etc

The property leaded by an amazing lady. Who provided me tons of information, and with patient answered all small touristic questions. Loved the location, at a quiet area of Cagliari, with supermarkets, Caffe Bars, Restaurants in 1 min walking distance.

The place - where you get exactly you paid for. Cheap, but furnitures are old school, the layout of my room was interesting. At the balkony the AC blowed the air directly to the chairs,table : no space to move smwhere else.

I had a great stay at mimi rooms. The host was so helpful and welcoming. She spoke perfect french was always available and offered me great advice on visiting the city :) The room was great, a lot of space, confortable with every amenities you might need. The location was very good too, not too far from the historical center but also near other interesting things to visit. I definitely recommend!

It was a private room in an “apartment” that had two other rooms. I had my own key and never once during my stay did I feel unsafe or uncomfortable in any way. The most downtown area of Cagliari was about a 20 minute walk, but I never felt like it was far at all. There are a bunch of bus stops near the place, and even at night (considering it’s not in the MAIN city area of Cagliari) it felt supper safe and was very quiet :) I would 1000% stay there again, wonderful place and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful!

The only thing was my room was prepared for a single person to stay, since I visited alone. This had two twin beds pushed together to create the one larger bed for one person. The bed itself was very comfortable and warm, the only thing was if you slept towards the middle of the giant-bed, sometimes the two twins would start separating, and a gap would form between them. Never gave me any issues, just the slightest of annoyances.

Very nice hostess. Clean but simple room. There's a elevator. WiFi, TV, minibar. Cagliari is very nice.

Parking your car can be a disaster.
