Patrizia is a great host. Everything seems to be made with love and implication. You can find parking on the street.

The property is at the last bus stop in Como. If you take the bus, the last one leaves at 9.30 pm from the city center. Taxi is very difficult to find. If you take your car, is very difficult to find a parking spot in center. So the location is not great if you want to see the city center. The breakfast is very soft, with 4-5 pieces of mortadella and prosciutto for six people, several pieces of thin cheese, some fruits, yoghurt, some biscuits, tea and coffee, from 8 to 9.30. The photos look better than reality.

Patricia’s property was lovely and spotless. She was a wonderful host who made our stay very enjoyable.

Absolutely superb from start to finish. Patrizia was a wonderful, helpful and very kind host. Excellent location and facilities. Immaculate in terms of cleanliness. Breakfasts outstanding. Internal garage extremely handy for storing a motorcycle. Great to have use of a very nice kitchen too.
