The property is clean with very comfy beds.

NO breakfast although the offer clearly states that breakfast is included. For the host, an equipped kitchen with all appliances, a coffee machine (as it turned out to be out of order), some cheap croissants, and jam allow them to conclude that their offer includes breakfast. We were advised that there is a bar on the corner and we can buy a coffee and a croissant. We feel disappointed and a bit cheated.

We just loved so very much about La Casa di Francesco. Cute and quiet patio and garden just off kitchen area to spend some time outdoors. Spacious and lovely "living room" next to kitchen with good reading material and info about local and surrounding areas. Bed and bathroom were a nice size and well appointed in an attractive, comfortable, and cozy style with plenty of room for storage. Kitchen was the right size, very clean, and nice looking--just like everything else inside and outside the house. Had most everything needed to prepare a nice breakfast and other meals too if desired. Plenty of good dishware, flatware, pots & pans, packaged foods, coffee, etc. Nice big table and all appliances were modern and in very good condition. All the rooms were well lit. Easy and convenient parking. A wonderful place to return to after a full day of sightseeing on the road. Not too many eateries in town but close to other towns that had great places to eat. Owners graciously made a reservation for us at a fabulous pizzeria. Cute and quiet town with a pretty piazza. Walked to Sunday Mass and were quite impressed with its vibrant and welcoming congregation and priest. Loved hearing the church bells!

There were just a few very minor issues to mention. We were expecting a prepared breakfast, but having a good kitchen to use worked out for us. We weren't familiar with the type of coffee makers in the kitchen, so it was a little difficult to figure out how they worked. The bathroom was quite nice but could use a couple more hooks for bath towels, robes and clothing. The front door was a little difficult to lock and unlock, but we figured it out. Lastly, closing the bedroom door made some noise. Not a problem for us, but we were trying to avoid noise that might wake up the other guests. None of these were big drawbacks-- just a few suggestions for minor improvements.
