Clean, comfortable bed and the hosts Gianni & Mariana were amazing.

We couldn‘t dry our towels. The hanging spot outside was there, but it was totally in the shadow. The shower is very small.

Great location 1 min. from the beach. The host was great! Helping with everything. Available 24h!

The room is incredibly clean, also you will have daily refreshments. Gianni and his girlfriend are the nicest people you will ever meet. They will help you in any way anytime.

Beautiful room near the beach, new clean room with excellent coffee in the room, very nice and helpful owner, sunbeds and beach towels included.

Caught up with the Nautilus Hotel being fully booked, we discovered by chance this AirBNB option and booked it, due to its proximity to the Poetto beach. The exterior is nothing impressive, and the entrance of the building rather simple and bit shabby, but once you enter the newly renovated room, it’s a different feeling. The sea-view (although blocked by opposite three floor building) with the balcony and spacious room by itself is making up for the exterior impression. Very cleaned, the Espresso machine with plentiful of fresh coffee made a difference. We had a bottle of sparkling in the mini bar comp on the house. We did not get the beach towels like other travelers mentioned, so I took the white fully bath towels until the owner, Gianna offered the blue towels in exchange. I loved the Bed, the mattress and the blanket…one of the best sleeping quality or a long time. Be aware, mosquitoes are hiding in the bathroom … as we slept by open window/door. Giannia, the owner, is making all the difference. We met him almost daily, very accommodating, offering special sea tours and recommending some of the restaurants he enjoys 10% discount for his customers. My room was above the Litus restaurant, so evening / midnight noise is possible, but who sleeps so early at the beach area anyway ? Gianna got us a complimentary parking slot just opposite the room, for free during this period, but chargeable after the main season starts, which is 1 May to 31 October. Thank you Gianna, and the Housekeeping staff … a great one week at the Poseidon Rooms accommodation. BTW - Gianna is getting ready for his top floor Apartment for rent, that view is truly amazing, with own kitchen and enough space for a party of 20 pax ++.

Entrance of the building (ground floor) and the exterior needs repaint and upgracde, the rooms and public facades do not match ! The walls are thin as well, can hear neighbors and restaurant below very easily.

We stayed at Poseidon property for a long weekend. The apartment is lovely, with a small terrace, very clean and quiet just opposite Poetto’s beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful, we had a great time!
