Extremely good location! 23-24 bus 1 min from the place. Take u everywhere! Room is nice modern and big. We get unlimited Illy coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Best ever we drank . One negative only. The ac is very cold if u turn on 20-22c🤣generally love it

Struttura ottimamente mantenuta, molto pulita e con arredi nuovi. Ottima la comunicazione con l’host e la possibilità di gestire in autonomia il chek-in.

La stanza è illuminata da una finestra che non prende molta luce, suggerirei di potenziare un po’ l’illuminazione all’interno, ma è un dettaglio.

Stanza spaziosaz bagno spazioso. La stanza disponeva anche di cucina e in ingresso struttura c'era pure il distributore automatico gratuito

La totale assenza di personale in struttura e la mancanza di parcheggio.

"Overall I consider myself quite a picky traveler, but I really enjoyed my stay and it exceeded my expectations."

The room was new and clean. Very cozy neighborhood not far from the center — we usually walked everywhere. Thanks for the free hot drinks, they were really tasty. The check-in and check-out process was very convenient, and all instructions from the administration were clear. Thank you!

To buy water from the vending machine, you need to have small euro coins (€1, €2, or €5), shops were available nearby, but you need to walk to reach them, and they close quite early.. However, you can drink tap water, which was convenient. But it would be great to have some drinking glasses in the room. The shower shelf was not properly fixed and was lying separately near the sink. The air conditioner wasn’t working, or maybe we were using it incorrectly.

Propreté

Pas d'eau chaude. Tous le monde se plaint dans le cahier de doléances et ce depuis longtemps. J'ai laissé couler l'eau pendant 15 minutes mais rien. J'ai abandonné la douche. Le petit tuyau d'eau qui se trouve près des toilettes est bloqué pour je sais qu'elle raison.
