Ho prontamente chiamato l'assistenza e ho ricevuto tempestivo supporto sia nell'apertura della porta (perché non andava il codice fornito) che per il problema del condizionatore.

In una giornata particolarmente fredda, il condizionatore non emetteva sufficiente calore, nonostante una temperatura pre-impostata di 26 gradi, ergo si sentiva freddo in stanza.
