This cute B&B had a wonderful double shared terrace and we were fortunate during our week stay that no one used the terrace. Our room was on the second floor right outside the terrace. Great location for sunshine photography only minutes walk to Via Roma where the restaurants and cafe strip is outside the centro historic wall. And a short 10 minute walk to Lama Monachile beach. Our wifi was on and off during our whole stay but we have found this throughout all of Italy. We had keyless self check in which was great. There is a kettle and coffee maker supplied in the room which was a bonus.

We are used to stairs but if you have knee problems beware there are stairs to the first floor and second floor. The second floor apartment is small but adequate and has everything you need as well as the wonderful terraces.
