"Prima verblijf vlakbij de luchthaven (wandelafstand)."

Afstand tot vliegveld. Comfort. Hygiëne.

Communicatie, bijvoorbeeld onduidelijkheid over gebruik van jacuzzi (waar is de sleutel) en koelkast (is het water en/of de prosecco gratis en zo niet, wat kost het).

"Disappointed stay"

It was located within 5 minute walk to airport. Apartment appeared clean.

The property was not worth the 120 euro charged. It shouldn’t be more than 70-80 euros. It was located in run down location. Staff didn’t contact us prior to arrival to give instructions on how to access property. After arrival at property, I had to email them to get access code to apartment. It didn’t feel secure because you couldn’t dead bolt door from inside and anyone with access code could enter room from outside. Window in bathroom didn’t have glass window, but had cardboard taped in window, so sounds from outside were loud.

Расположение очень удобное для тех кто вечером или рано утром прилетает-вылетает. 10 минут максимум, пешком с чемоданами, до аэропорта по асфальтированной дорожке. Найти с навигатором можно. Ночью ничего рядом из продовольственных магазинов нет. Джакузи очень классное. Релакс после дороги. главное с хозяевами все заранее обсудить в переписке.

Wir waren eine Nacht vor Abflug da. Kurzer Fußweg zum Aeroport. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Der Wirlpool ist in einem abgeschlossenen Raum, Zugang über Zahlencode. Wenn man der Bedienung auf die Schliche gekommen ist, funktioniert er super. Kommunikation nur über WA.

Die Zufahrt ist über einen Parkplatz, das Umfeld ist etwas sehr heruntergekommen und passt nicht zu der wirklich schönen Unterkunft.

"Totally unsafe area. We did not stay and want our money back."

The property was totally misrepresented. It is in a slum adjacent to the airport. The cab driver did not want to drop us off it was so bad. My wife did not feel safe and we had to book a room in a different location. I would like our money back. The owner is not willing to do that. Please help us get a refund.
