The apartment was spacious and beautifully renovated. The location was fantastic and Luigi was very helpful.

Bed was too soft.

The refurbishment of this old apartment was to the highest of standards. The location is about as central in the city as one could get, being situated on the main street, and only a few minutes walk from the top city attractions. Our apartment had twin walk-in showers (with jets as well), and even a TV on the other side of the perspex screen. A comfortable large bed and a top quality Nespresso coffee maker (there was a kettle for our English breakfast tea as well) added to the comfort of the apartment. Our host, Luigi, met us at the property, following good advance communication, and happily hauled our heavy suitcases (we were on a three week sightseeing holiday of Italy) up the two flights of stairs. Luigi gave us numerous nearby dining options and checked in with us by Whatsapp, even calling by to ensure everything was okay. His fluent English and smashing demeanour added to our enjoyment.

Fantastic location, beautiful room with very spacious shower area. Luigi is very accommodating and provides you with a list of good restaurants and places to visit.

Clean, stylish and quiet, just a short walk from everything. Luigi was very helpful and even carried our suitcases upstairs.

We originally booked for 1 night but added a second night later so stayed in 2 different suites, both suites were stunning. Clean, stylish and beautifully designed with luxurious fixtures and fittings, the original paintings still adorn the tall ceilings, extra special touches for example welcome boxes of toiletries tied with a bow, drinks and snacks, large comfy beds, air conditioning and sound proof doors to the balcony, one of which overlooked the street. The bathrooms are particularly impressive. The exterior of the building retains its original charm in keeping with the rest of the street, it is in a great location near to the park and with lots of bustling shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. It is a pleasant walk to the other end of the street to the historic area and the cathedral. Luigi was a fantastic host ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We have already recommended Etana Suites to friends and family and would definitely stay here again.
