Bellissimo appartamento con spazio esterno e parcheggio auto interno. La casa è luminosa e silenziosa. La proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati benissimo.

Tutto perfetto ma la pulizia della cucina è da migliorare. Bicchieri e tazzine nonperfettamente pulite e le spugne usurate e con cattivo odore, molto probabilmente sono state lasciate non ben strizzate.

Everything was very nice. Flavio welcomed us for the check in and provide all relevant information. Apartment was very clean and hommy, very close to everything you need. Safe area, so good option to stay in Modena :)

Hartelijke ontvangst. Een heel mooi ruim appartement met tuin in de stad op loopafstand van het centrum. Wij verbleven 1 nacht op doorreis, maar je kunt hier prima een vakantie houden.
