Ik moest er zelf achter komen dat er een storing was op de wi-fi en dat die niet snel opgelost kon worden. Moest snel een alternatief bedenken (is gelukt), maar wel handig als ze even laten weten.

Everything is done via WhatsApp. So convenient to arrive or depart outside normal hours. I wish they had creamer or milk for the coffee. So convenient the train station, little shops, and in between the basilica and the old town. Lovely little balconies

Great location, very convenient. Near the stations and the restaurants/shops.

No staff in sight, you check in to your room with a code, and that's that.

Good size room, great location close to train stations, quiet, good amenities including snacks provided. Large comfortable bed. Easy check-in/out process.

Despite advertising as having WiFi it didn't work, connected to router but no internet connection, reported upon arrival but wasn't fixed during my one night stay, although was told it was being looked into, and phone signal wasn't very good either. So a bit unreliable if you need a good internet connection eg for booking onwards travel/ accommodation.
