La struttura si trova in una zona molto centrale di Matera che consente di raggiungere i siti principali in brevissimo tempo, la camera era pulita e fornita di wifi e condizionatore, altro punto a favore che per me non è scontato, è la presenza di un rilevatore di monossido di carbonio

Purtroppo per motivi personali del gestore abbiamo potuto interagire poco, il bagno presentava qualche difficoltà (il lavabo aveva un problema con il tappo di scarico) e il frigorifero del cucinotto interno emanava un odore un po' sgradevole, forse per incuria di qualche ospite prima di noi. Tuttavia si tratta di piccolezze risolvibili a favore di un prossimo cliente
