The apartment is located in a beautiful hotel building and has amazing sunset views. But the apartment itself is not up to standards to be rented to people really.

I have experience of renting property to people, and the state that this apartment is in is unacceptable. It needs renovation, replacing and fixing things like bathroom and shower (with poor water pressure), or the toilet parts (which are fized on the wall with sellotape - ridiculous). The apartment is overpriced. We paid almost 600 euros for 6 nights stay, and the apartment didn't have basic kitchen utilities - like coffee machine, microwave, a working oven, or even salt pepper or oil for cooking. Seems weird - people book apartments specifically for having access to the kitchen, yet the kitchen in this apartment doesn't have basic things for cooking. We had to buy everything and leave it for the next guests (assuming the owner doesn't take it for herself). The bed was okay, but the mattress is super squeaky. And you hear the music from the nearby restaurant until about midnight every night. The cleaning was done poorly, there was hair and dust everywhere when we arrived. About the host. She arrived to meet us and straight away seemed upset that I didn't speak Italian, even though my profile mentioned Italy (because we came from Milan). Made us feel uncomfortable. The owner will also offer to take you to the chinese shop to exchange money - don't go, they'll give you a poor exchange rate anyway. Don't listen to the owner and pay with your card everywhere - there are no extra fees, she makes this up. On top of everything, when it was the check out time, the owner came to the apartment and while we sat on the sofa she went through the entire apartment and checked that we didn't take anything. It was super embarrassing, not to mention the apartment only has super cheap things inside, not like anything anyone would want to take really. It was done in very poor taste and left us feeling confused as well. All in all, I don't recommend staying here. For the views - book the same hotel but from a different owner.

Schöne Anlage, hatten ein kleines Doppelzimmer und top Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Frühstück war inklusive, man durfte je Person nur 5 Dinge auswählen. Wir haben das zwar gut hinbekommen aber es ist schade, dass man nichts nach bestellen kann.

Завтрак на выбор минимальный но достаточный . Тепло , тихо, выспались после велосипеда

В номере не было кружек и стаканов, хотя был чайник и бар , не работал телевизор

Very clean and tidy garden, swimming pool and rooms. Very good value for the price, no thirlls Located by a quiet street with plenty of parking space Close to a supermarket and restaurants Nice place for a few lazy days walking distance to the old town breakfasts included Cats :)

Chambres qui sentent le renfermé, draps et serviettes jaunies , des cheveux et poils sur le sur matelas… Je peux accepter tout ceci mais je réserve une chambre pour pouvoir dormir… et au vu de l’isolation ce fut impossible… quand vous entendez vos voisins du dessus uriner éternuer et plus …. Ce n est pas supportable. Nous avons annulé notre 2 eme nuit. Évidement Booking n a rien remboursé. Bref je ne passerais plus par Booking surtout si cela concerne des hôtes et non des hôtels … c est un métier que tout le monde n arrive pas à honorer correctement !!!
