Geräumige schöne Zimmer mit Moskitoschutz. Bequeme Betten. Außengelände mit Tischtennisplatte und Fußballwiese. Rund zwei Kilometer bis zum nächsten Ort (San Secondo), wo es einige Bars, Cafés und Pizzerien gibt.

Das Frühstück war naja. Pad-Kaffee und abgepackte Minikuchen und Zwieback.

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren zweckmäßig ausgestattet und klimatisiert. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten auf einem privaten Gelände. Gute Konversation mit dem Besitzer, der nicht anwesend sein konnte.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber (Spinnweben). Die Flurbeleuchtung hat nicht funktioniert, ebenso die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers. Am enttäuschendsten war das Frühstück, das aus abgepacktem Zwieback und kleinen Kuchen bestand. Trotz Kaffeerösterei, gab es Kaffee aus einer Nespresso Maschine.

The location is perfect to visit Parma and the surroundig area with car. The location is quiet, without noises. The room was clean and comfortable with conditioned air. The shower was big and comfortable. The surrounding is quiet in the countryside. You can enjoy a walk.

I've travelled 5 continents, also in hostels, but I've never found such a small and poor breakfast. There are only few crackers and snacks from the supermarket, some yogurt and milk in the fridge and coffee. No cereals, no eggs, no ham, no butter, no fruits, no bread... We had to go to supermarket everyday for the breakfast. The wifi is very weak and impossible to use. In general the ratio quality/price is low, since the price was quite high for a b&b and to be honest i expected more, expecially for the breakfast.

Camera molto pulita e silenziosa, letto comodissimo, flessibilità nel check in e check out, frigo in camera, macchinetta del caffè con caffè ottimo e bottiglia d'acqua in camera. Disponibilità e cortesia dell'host.

Assenza di bidet. Colazione sufficiente ma da migliore (c'erano solo prodotti confezionati).

La camera ben ristrutturata. Posizione tranquilla

Colazione pessima. Totale assenza di personale. Colazione autogestita con merendine confezionate da supermercato. 2 confezioni di formaggio e 1 di salumi già aperte da non si sa chi.....

Very nice place! Large spacious apartment. Very clean and well-kept. Surrounded by nature, silence, Italian atmosphere. Easy access, closed parking. I recommend!
