El recibimiento del host fue super amable, nos recibio antes de la hora de check in, guardo nuestras maletas y fue muy amable y gentil en todo momento.

Tuvimos un inconveniente con el sanitario, no descargaba bien y eso nos dio una estadia incomoda, a pesar de que lo limpiaban cada mañana el problema volvia a suceder en cuanto se usaba el baño, lo cual no esta bien. No es un alojamiento economico y debieron darnos otra habitaciòn mientras solucionaban eso

- The shower room is too small; you can't even bend down to pick up something we’ve dropped. - There are too few electric sockets in the four-person room; we had to boil water on the floor. - There's only one light in the four-person room; it's too dim, and it's hard to find things we’ve dropped. - There are only two cups in the four-person room; if we needed two more, we were told to go downstairs to the restaurant to get two paper cups ourselves. The soundproofing is terrible; we could hear people talking in the next room. The front desk staff were very rude; they responded loudly when we asked them a question. The air conditioner was faulty, and they made us learn how to turn it on and off; actually, it was the remote control that ran out of power and we had to change the batteries.

Nada, anfitrião não me atendeu.

Tentei contato por telefone (ligação), anfitrião deu no show, não tentou contato por WhatsApp, pela plataforma disse que não poderia me ajudar e cancelou minha reserva, ficando com todo o valor. Tive que alugar outro hotel de última hora e gastar o dobro na viagem. Horrível.
