"Nice room with balcony - two minutes away to Teatro Massimo"

The hostesses were very welcoming and understanding about our late arrival. They helped us with recommendations for restaurants and bars in the city. They were very responsive, so communication was smooth. The room was large, spacious and comfortable. Very clean. There was enough space for our luggage and clothes. The room has a balcony with a lovely street view. The location was very central, suitable for exploring Palermo on foot. Via Maqueda and Teatro Massimo are very close!

The key lock of the apartment was a bit weird and can be challenging to use sometimes. In an otherwise spotless bathroom, the bathtub was leaking a bit, but there were always enough towels. There was also some kind of noise coming out of the plumbing while showering, but we got used to that.

The host waited for us and helped us during the stay. Its located near all of the main city attractions in the city center. We got some really nice food and gelato recomendations and we had really nice couple of days in Palermo and the apartment.

Our hosts Alessandra and Giovanna were very kind, careful and open to all questions. They made sure everyday if we were ok and also recommended us which places to visit, which restaurant to choose etc. My friend and I have never had such a kind hosts. The accomodation was clean, it contained everything we needed and it was very comfortable. Moreover, it was in the city center which is also very important to point up. Overall, the rating is 10/10. We wolud definitely recommend Donizetti!

Such a wonderful place to stay in Palermo!! Great location from where everything is close to you to visit. Very clean, air conditioned. The host lady was extremely kind and available for any questions we had. Great place, I recommend it!!

Property was super clean, well maintained. Location is perfect. Everything at walkable distance. Great hospitality. The owner of the apartment is really humble. During our stay, she responded to our queries very quickly on whatsapp.
