Excellent experience from start to finish. Host communicated well and was present to let me in. Explained the amenities, perfect check in. The room is clean, well maintained, quiet , comfortable bed, air conditioning, small private garden. Generous, quality breakfast buffet staffed by housekeeper who made the coffees. Room cleaning every day. Short walk to center of town.

Perfect location, wonderful views, very friendly staff, we were very happy with our stay. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.

Very near Officina della bistecca, I guess all visitors are coming to Panzano just to go to try Cecchini bistecca alla fiorentina.

We are a couple traveling through Tuscany. We wanted a location in between Florence and Sienna. We took around 50 min to Florence and 40 min to Sienna. To visit the coast, Livorno, we took around 1h30m. The roads are fine and half of the time you take the highway. Panzano is a small town with cool restaurants, including the iconic butchery/restaurant Dario Cecchini. You are 10 min away from the best restaurant we went all over Tuscany: Osteria Le Panzanelle. This is mandatory !!! The house is a typical B&B in a old house of the village. It has just 3 rooms, simple and comfortable. The bathroom is renovated, with good water pressure. Our room had a nice balcony with a view over the hills. Breakfast is simple and satisfying. We were assisted by Viorica, who takes exceptionally care of the rooms and gives you the feeling of having breakfast at home. There are multiple free parking options on the street, 30 seconds walking to the house. - Location - Clean - Breakfast - Parking - Viorica (house staff) - Views

Considering that it’s an old house, the walls are very thin and you can hear a lot from the other rooms. We stayed in June 2023, and the heating system was off. At night, it got very cold and humid outside. All the linen towels and clothes could not dry because of the humidity. AC was also not working. This is not the property’s fault, since the cold weather was not expected for this time of the year. - AC not working - Thin walls
