This place is very close to the train station, has adequate space to sleep, a desk to sit and work if needed, is clean, and feels secure. The bathroom is large, the shower works well. It is very close to the trains, you do hear and feel them, but not at a level that kept us awake or actually really disturbed us. It is a very short walk to the city center and UNESCO sites. I think it's great for a short stay.

It was cold and raining when we were in Ravenna, and the heater did not work. We were freezing cold in the room and there were not enough blankets for us to warm up, so that part was very uncomfortable. Part of the ceiling fell off onto us in the bathroom after a shower, which may be a maintenance issue or may indicate mold that has been painted over. There was a woman cleaning the main outside area, so we told her about the ceiling issue and she came in and swept up the fallen debris, however, it seemed this was not the first time it happened. There was no kettle or way to heat water in the room as advertised or coffee machine in the main entrance area.

Stefan went above and beyond to help us with the luggages. We did not know that the accomodation had no elevator and my companion had knee problem so we could not go up all those stairs. He kindly swap our room (from 2nd level twin) to the double room on level 1 with no extra charge. Stefan also assisted us with the luggages when we checked in and out.

We did not like the stairs but with Stefan's help with luggages, this became a 'no issue'. We wanted an accomodation close to railway station and this location is perfect though the noises from the train can be heard quite clearly but it wasn't directly from the bedroom so we didn't really mind. Service is extremely important in this industry and Stefan met that well and beyond so we were happy with the accomodation. A basic two pillows per person would make the bed more comfortable. Also a kettle/boiling pot is a basic so we could make some tea.

Dovendo fare un brevississimo soggiorno a Ravenna, ho deciso di soggiornare presso questa struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Vicinissima al centro storico (praticamente 5min a piedi dalla Chiesa di S.Apollinare), facilissima da raggiungere sia in auto che in treno. Cameretta molto intima, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Area comune ampia e dotata del necessario. Il parcheggio (pubblico e gratuito) è a un paio di minuti. La proprietaria è molto cortese e dispobibile.

Eravamo alloggiati nella stanza sottotetto. Un po buia (non c'erano finestre ma solo due lucernari) e un po rumorosa di pomeriggio e in serata (l'immobile è attiguo alla linea ferroviaria)
