Dagelijkse poetsbeurt van de zeer nette kamer en aanvulling van minibar. Airco die perfect en gemakkelijk werkte. Goed ligging dichtbij het centrum.

Het standaard openingsbericht was onpersoonlijk en kwam eerder onvriendelijk over (in tegenstelling tot de latere berichtgeving die zeer vriendelijk was)

La entrada muy fácil, pudimos dejar el coche aparcado cerca en una plaza de parking que tienen ellos pagando 20€ más. La habitación muy bonita y cómoda.

Everything was lovely. Well fitted out and decorated. Exceptionally clean. Good location and cute wee balcony. Small fridge with beers, water and fruit juice which was a nice touch.

Der unkomplizierte Kontakt mit den Vermieter Zimmer und Bad sehr komfortabel Die Möglichkeit das Auto zu parken Lage sehr zentrumnah, man ist in 5 Minuten sofort in der Fußgängerzone Zentrum

Die 2 Stockwerke ohne Aufzug Parkfläche etwas klein, aber ausreichend Bei Problemen, die es nicht gab, oder Fragen, konnte man direkt über 'WhatsApp" mit den Vermieter in Kontakt treten, Antworten kamen unverzüglich.

"Prettige locatie in mooie stad."

Ligging in de mooie schone stad . Dichtbij bergen, skiliften en wandelgebied met mooie vergezichten. Parkeren bij de locatie is prettig maar wel prijzig.

Het was geen junior suite. De ruimte was klein en een zitje ontbrak. Feitelijk te duur dus. De eigenaar zegt dat het volgens Booking wel een junior suite is. Heel vreemd.

"Perfekte Unterkunft in Bozen!"

Sehr saubere und modern eingerichtete Unterkunft am Zentrum von Bozen. Es gab jeden Tag Wasser und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer und es wurde sogar das Bad geputzt

Great apartment close to the city. Coffee, tea and drinks were provided. Great sheets, linens and bed.

I found the tone of the automated response to be hostile. I can't find the message now but my memory of the text was: 1. send your passport or you won't get an entry code 2. we won't confirm whether we have received us 3. we won't reply to messages on this platform 4. we'll send you your entry code at 2pm on the day if your arrival
