"Attenzione alla truffa!"

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura per fare una tappa intermedia nel rientro dal sud a Milano. Siamo arrivati alle 20 ed il gestore dice prima che non gli risulta nessuna nostra prenotazione poi appena chiamiamo il servizio clienti di Booking gli riappare improvvisamente. Tuttavia non aveva più la stanza (probabilmente se l’era rivenduta non vedendoci arrivare) quindi lasciando una famiglia con due bambini piccoli per strada. Imbarazzante.
