Allgemein waren die Zimmer ok.

Starker Schimmel an den Duschtüren, der Fußboden im Bad z.T. lose. Zimmertüren waren bei Ankunft nicht zu öffnen. Erst nach ca. 1,5 Stunden konnten jemand erreicht werden, das Problem hatten auch andere Gäste. Es gab nur eine Türkarte, bei Verlust hätte man ein Problem da keiner erreicht bar.

Pessima struttura senza alcun servizio.

Ho perso 2 ore per entrare in stanza:.nessuna reception, nessuno risponde al telefono, nessuno sa niente! Un disastro. È la prima volta che mi capita: sono 20 anni che utilizzo booking... pessima struttura, pessimi servizi. Da cancellare da booking.

Très bon séjour. Tout s'est bien passé. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et le personnel du petit-déjeuner était très serviable et sympathique. Je recommande cet établissement.

Le plancher devant la douche était endommagé. Heureusement, nous l'avons vu à temps, car il aurait pu nous blesser au pied. Une réparation serait souhaitable pour garantir la sécurité des clients.

Die Lage ist top. Zum See und zur Innenstadt, fussläufig in 5 Min.

Das Hotel ist zu laut. Man kann keine Fenster öffnen, weil man dann die Straße hört. Und im Kühlschrank waren noch die Reste vom Vorgänger.

The staff both online and in the restaurant. The facility is in a great location, beds were comfortable.

the property is lovely but neither of the air conditioners worked for the 2 rooms that we had.

A bit complicated the check in process. They do not have a physical front desk and you will be left dealing with someone thru WhatsApp asking all kinds of questions and asking for a copy of your id to be sent thru WhatsApp. Which I did not like. I guess my fault since I failed to see their email about checking in before arrival.

Very good air conditioning, maintenance request during working hours was delt with quickly.

There was no housekeeping or cleaning service during our stay, which makes it unsuitable for longer stays. We paid for a full breakfast package, but both the quantity and quality varied from day to day. On some mornings, breakfast was reduced to just a croissant, and unless you repeatedly asking for the items included, you would not receive what you had paid for. On one day, we were served fresh orange juice, all other remaining days were only from bottle, while other guests were served fresh juice. One of the of staff at breakfast shop was particularly unfriendly, she didn't speak English like others, and her behavior often came across as rude. On several occasions, she placed plates on our table in a careless and abrupt manner, making us feel uncomfortable. Such unprofessional behavior does not reflect the basic standards expected in the hospitality industry.

Muy buena ubicación. Cerca del centro y cerca de la estación. Desayuno en el bar de al lado.
