PALAZZO RAHO SUITES

Lamentablemente la gestión de este alojamiento es pésima. Llevamos más de 3 semanas reclamando una factura y no nos la envían. Esto hace que pierda cualquier valoración positiva. Actualización: dos horas más tarde me han escrito por WhatsApp para decirme que si no cambio el comentario en Booking, no me emiten la factura. Me parece un despropósito que un alojamiento actúe de una forma tan poco profesional. Nos dedicamos al sector y es la primera vez que nos encontramos con algo así.

Located in the centre of terra porta piazza , great ocean views

Very nice room located in historic center of Cefalù. We stayed for 1 night and it was perfect. I would advise to take the parking proposed by the property as the room is located in the ZTL.

Furniture of the room is quite basic but good. We had a problem with the shower (no hot water), but Sarah was very reactive.

The location Is amazing, in the Main Street walking distance to everything: stores, restaurantes, beach. Sara and Fabio are the best. Fabio help us with the luggage because you have to go up the stairs to arrive to the suite . The breakfast was a nice capuccino and cornetto in the cafeteria in front of the room. Very clean apt, good beds and AC. Whith private parking , excellent. Thank you very much, we loved Cefalú and slept very well in Palazzo Raho suites .

The stairs , only have to consider when you booked. For me it’s not a problem !!!

Loved out corner room Luxury Triple. Amazing balconies right in the heart of everything. Great soundproofing so super quiet once all doors closed despite being so central and a good vibe coming from the Piazza. Check in and communication seamless. Room spotless, spacious, bed comfortable. Will return

Great location, beautiful new rooms

The most central point in Cefalu! Wonderful room, very clean, well equipped! An amazing view right at the sea. Great design. The host was super nice and helpful. One of the best stays we had!
