Everything was great! Carlo is a very hospitable and thoughtful host - he was always available and helped us whenever we had problems. The area is quiet, there wasn’t any noise from the neighbors or outside. The room has everything you need, there’s a supermarket nearby and a small cafe with homemade pizza and pasta close to the beach. The beach is about 10 min walk, but it’s a bit difficult to get to the place from the train station because it’s 30 min walk.

It would be lovely if the room had - a drying rack - a proper shelf in the shower

la tranquillità della zona

niente in particolare. se proprio devo dire qualcosa non gradisco la tenda ed il saliscendi della doccia. Ma si tratta di gusti personali.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana al Sestante e grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza di Carlo è stata una vacanza bellissima! Posizione tranquilla a soli 8 minuti a piedi per arrivare in spiaggia, parcheggio sempre disponibile per potersi spostare la sera , bar e supermercati vicini non manca nulla.

Contesto eccellente, zona residenziale, silenziosa e tranquilla ma contornata da tutti i servizi principali facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi; parcheggio libero su strada, spiaggia vicina. La camera efficiente, pulita e ben organizzata, dotata di piccolo balcone. L'host molto gentile e disponibile.
