Ideally situated, 5’ on foot from the train station and 5’ from the historic centre (10’ to the duomo). The building is not directly on the road and windows open onto a courtyard, so no traffic noise. Very friendly host. Convenient self checkin. Very clean, good A/C and fully equipped kitchen for people staying a little longer.

Communication for the checking could be improved: no one was there when I arrived although I had informed about my ETA. Self checkin worked very smoothly but I had to call to receive the instructions. Proactive communication/providing the self checking instructions a few hours ahead would be helpful! There were bird feathers spread on the terrace - no big deal though, as there was a broom right there to sweep them off.

No kettle, no tea and coffee. The windows face the wall of the neighboring house. The mosquitoes drank a liter of blood overnight.

Big apartament with nice facilities. Location is great too.

The location was perfect, very close to train station and town center. Parking spot was always available. The staff was very friendly and always available to answer questions and accomodate me.. I would recomend this place to everyone.

The host was very attentive, there was some miscommunication about arrival time but the host came straight away to check us in early. Lovely big room.
