"A superb location"

A location with a superb view of the city, very quiet, very pleasant and welcoming host, I didn't even feel like I was sharing the apartment. One of the cleanest locations I've stayed in, you can see the care and attention to detail. The complex has 6 parking spaces for guests, we stayed 2 nights and found a parking space, but, as in almost all locations in Italy, we recommend a small car.

"Great host, even better views, you’ll enjoy the stay"

The host was extremely welcoming and available, with a great smile and very positive attitude. She even booked us dinner reservations. The view was breathtaking, absolutely gorgeous, worth every penny.

It wasn’t clear from the description that it was a homestay, where the owner lives too. We were looking for an entire private space, this is how we filtered the places. The description was misunderstand-able.

"Short, beautiful, accommodating."

The location was beautiful. The patio was wonderful! The cats the host have are adorable and Dora was very kind and helpful. Everything was very clean and the room was cute! Dora even stocked it with complimentary water, coffee, and snacks!

The room was a pretty hot for being air conditioned but we managed!

The view is spectacular, and if the weather would’ve been nice, it would’ve been great to take breakfast on the balcony. Nice room. Very clean. Lovely happy cat 😻 - helpful host!

If you are unfamiliar with Sanremo, please bear in mind that you will need to drive up narrow streets, fortunately, most of which are one-way. If you accidentally miss the turn to where the property is, particularly at night in the rain (as happened to us), you will need to drive an additional 20 minutes to return (due to one-way streets). If parking spots are full, you will have to park on the street below. Dedicated parking space is missing.

Owner seemed really nice lady , would of love to communicate but she didn’t speak English .
