"Great value for money"

modern design 10m away from the lake there is a coffee shop at the ground floor, really great staff and value for money. It is like 2-3 times cheaper than any other turistic coffee shops. Really good coffee as well

the hotel has 2 gas station pumps right at ground floor. For some people this might feel strange the area is industrial, but at 2-3 mins walk it starts to be touristic
