Posizione strategica nel centro storico di Assemini, dietro la Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Pietro. La stazione ferroviaria è a cinque minuti di distanza, per chi desidera raggiungere Cagliari senza utilizzare la macchina. La struttura è ben curata e la pulizia dei locali estremamente curata. Grande disponibilità della Padrona di Casa, sempre presente. Lo consiglio e approfitterò sicuramente ancora della struttura. Complimenti!

"Świetne miejsce na pobyt"

Anna była bardzo miła i uprzejma, specjalnie poczekała na nas, choć przylot mieliśmy w nocy. Budynek jest przepiękny – starannie odrestaurowany i zachowany, zachwyca typowym włoskim stylem oraz elegancją. Wewnątrz panuje czystość i porządek, co od razu robi dobre wrażenie. Pokój wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzeba podczas podróży: ręczniki, suszarkę do włosów, świeżą pościel oraz kosmetyki. Łóżko było wygodne, a rolety w oknach pozwoliły nam się dobrze wyspać.

Jedynym minusem była akustyka – rano słychać było innych domowników, ale poza tym pobyt był udany.

"A beautifully restored Sardinian villa full of charm, authentic and comfortable"

Incredible stay! This beautifully renovated traditional Sardinian villa, once the host's family home, is full of character and charm. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, blending authenticity with modern comfort. The location in Assemini is just 10–15 minutes from Cagliari by car is perfect. The town itself feels like a timeless coastal village. Street parking was easy enough, and great local cafes and the train station are nearby. Truly exceeded our expectations!

Parking can be challenging as it is only available in the street, although we had no issues parking.

L'emplacement était top, proche de l'aéroport et du centre. L'accueil et la gentillesse d'Anna 😄. La chambre est spacieuse et magnifique. Jamais vu une chambre aussi bien équipée. Je vous le conseille, n'hésitez pas !
