Nonna Nannina Guest House

The location was great at the beginning of one of the main roads in old town with a delicious Gelateria opposite. Noting that the location is busy with foot traffic and street noise will drift into your room all night. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the room and bathroom were modern. Wifi worked well.

Parking was an issue. I relied on the reviews that indicated parking was easy to find and nearby - which I found neither to be true. While on some streets outside of old town there is free parking, the spaces are limited so be prepared to spend some time trying to find parking and for waking with your luggage. While the room was modern and nice it was the most expensive place on our trip so far with the least amount of amenities (one small bottle of water for two adults, instant coffee with no milk, no shower supplies). This might seem picky but compared to other cheaper place we stayed this did not come up par in this regards. Shared entry way and kitchen so I think your stay can be really impacted depending on who you have to share the space with. Poor communication by host - not a single reply through booking app. Had to call on what’s app (which I don’t have). I personally like to keep communication through the app so that it’s all recorded but could not get them to reply through this method.

The windows are really thin and you can hear everything on the street. The door to the room is also super thin, like a door you’d have inside your house. So you’ll hear everything happening in the kitchen. It was homie clean not hotel clean. Similar to when you’re going to someone else’s home. But clean

Great location close to lots of restaurants lovely size room with shared kitchen. The beds were super comfy.

The host only spoke to us when she needed something! Never told us when we could enter and ask her multiple time and only showed her face in the morning to make sure we left the money for her!

Very kind lady, answers immediately via text! Nice and clean appartement, perfect location. No breakfast, however free tea, coffee and snacks.

customer service of facilitator could have been better and facilitator more polite to help/guide us. difficult to have parking in the area: there is one big expensive (and also paying during the night) openair parking nearby with huge waiting lines to prepay , where only 2 out of 4 machines worked. in order to find a free parking space one needs to go further and even then to try a lot to find one

The place is located really in the centre from where you can get easy to the restaurants. The room was clean, with all the necessary thing for one night.

It is not something really that depends on the owner but it is really noisy during night and early morning due to location.

Shared kitchen area, no coffee making facilities in the room. Supplies of coffee not replenished in the kitchen. No full length mirror. *Since this review was published I've had an astonishingly rude, aggressive and insulting response from the owner, calling me a liar and suggesting I should stay in a five star hotel with butler service if I want to be satisfied. As I have said, I would recommend the place for its location, cleanliness and comfort but I would now seriously worry about the aggressive attitude of the host.
