La proprietaria molto gentile. Avevamo chiesto informazioni preventivamente perchè viaggiavamo in bici, sulla possibilità di parcheggiarle dentro. Soprassedendo al fatto che il portone e la porta d'ingresso erano un po scomode, alla fine le abbiamo parcheggiate dentro un'altra camera che era inutilizzata, altrimenti le avremmo dovute parcheggiare sul terrazzino della cucina attraversando tutta la casa. Insomma la proprietaria si è messa a disposizione alleggerendo la situazione.

La posizione del bb era molto buona, ma l'ascensore per il centro storico in direzione del bb era fuori uso e in 3 giorni non è stato riparato, ragion per cui bisognava usare l'ascensore più vicino che era un po distante oppure una bella passeggiata. In ogni caso non funzionante h24.

The landlord is a very helpful lady, she manages to keep the place very clean which is mins away from cagliari centre by walk...shared bathroom but the roomis very spacious, and on the 1st floor...highly recomended..

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed and within easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, and transport options. The room itself was beautiful: very spacious, nicely decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Even though the bathroom was shared with other guests, it was never a problem — it was always spotless and very well maintained. Everything was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully organized. We felt completely at home during our stay and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

The cute dog 😍 and the fact that we were close to the centre of the city, 10 min walk to the shopping street
