Posizione eccellente. Titolare molto cordiale, accogliente e gentile. Stanza confortevole e ben climatizzata. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è un ottimo bar che fa da pasticceria e da panetteria; sulla stessa e nelle vicinanze via ci sono anche ristoranti e servizi.

aggiungerei qualche set di cortesia per il cliente (es. cuffia doccia, bottiglietta d'acqua...)
