The manager of rental gave us wrong entry directions and there was a cleaner in the room when we arrived. We had to wait 30 minutes on the staircase while they finished cleaning. Niccolo the manager attempted to blame us for the poor service because i notified the property on the morning of our arrival which was in the later afternoon. I asked for a discount and he dismissed us. Poor customer service. Absolute shit.
