Posizione centrale e parcheggio gratuito e sempre disponibile perché in zona residenziale tranquilla . I proprietari hanno cercato di sopperire alla mancanza della macchinetta del caffè portandoci il caffè la mattina.

La struttura manca di servizi. È stata messa a disposizione una camera e il bagno di un appartamento ma non sono stati curati per nulla i dettagli. Mancano comodini e lampade notturne , manca una macchinetta del caffè e/ o un bollitore. Le lenzuola sono sintetiche e i materassi singoli uniti sono decisamente vecchi e con le buche.
